Slowing Down a Little

Earlier, I went to a football match. As the train approached my destination, I jumped up and started getting ready to depart. Then, I was by the doors as they opened, ready to set off across the station. The train was at journey's end. As I walked down the platform, I noticed other passengers just sat in their seats. No rushing. No racing to the door. Just sat, taking their time. Maybe I need to be more like them sometimes. Maybe we all need to slow down a little. I think I'll start taking a bit of time each day just to sit.
